1st YEAR SPANISH (LESS THAN 1 YR) EXPLORATORY SPANISH
Exploratory Spanish is a beginning-level, semester-long Spanish course designed for Spanish beginners who have not previously the Spanish. Within the 1st semester beginning, students learn are introduced to basic Spanish Q&R, expressions, common phrases, high-frequency Spanish vocabulary, and other essential concepts reflective of daily life (e.g., alphabets, #'s 1-30, colors, calendar, greetings, parts of the body, subjects, classroom objects).
In addition, students become familiar with Spanish culture and its influence around the world today.
The Exploratory Spanish course welcomes students to travel on a journey into the beautiful Spanish world. It provides students with an introduction to the basic Spanish content and cultural topics students such as holidays, traditions, history, art, & native Spanish-speaking countries around the world. It is highly recommended for students who plan to register for Spanish IA and IB.
